Spring dining (in the outdoors)
Alfresco dining at the Pig is tough on us. We love being outside and are thankful that we can offer it to our customers. However, when rain threatens, temperatures are over_____ degree or under 70 degree, pollen's turning everything green, the squirrels are dropping acorns in your soup, our oak is shedding its leaves, or summer mosquitoes are also dining out, our customer's seem to prefer dining indoors.
It's hard to hire a waitperson to work only when conditions are perfect, but we try to have it open everyday for lunch & brunch and Thurs-Sat dinner. We're expecting perfect tarheel weather, so come over & dine outside!
